Our Suites:
The Studio Suites are compact, but roomy enough for a couch, dinette set, and other furnishings carefully selected for your comfort. The One Bedroom suites are large enough for a couple to persue their hobbies or lounge on the balcony.
All our suites are carpeted and painted beige to go with any furniture you chose to bring to your new home. The draperies are fully lined or you can install your own.
All suites in Kiwanis Towers have balconies to enjoy the North Shore views. The kitchens are equipped with refrigerators and stoves. Every bathroom has a bath tub or shower. If your ample closet area is not enough, there is a locker to store those seasonal items for future use.
- All Kiwanis Senior Citizens suites are self contained with a full bathroom.
- All kitchens have full-sized refigerators and ranges.
- Rents include heat and electricity (except electricity in Kiwanis Carneby Place).
- Coin-operated washers and dryers are located in each building.
