Kiwanis Towers is a 14 storey concrete high-rise located one block west of Lonsdale Avenue and two blocks from the Quay with a 360-degree view of the city and harbour.

Our Suites:
The Studio Suites are compact, but roomy enough for a Murphy bed, couch, dinette set, and other furnishings carefully selected for your comfort. The One Bedroom suites are large enough for a couple to persue their hobbies or lounge on the balcony.
All our suites are carpeted with Kraus Prelude carpet and painted beige to go with any furniture you chose to bring to your new home. The draperies are fully lined or you can install your own.
All suites in Kiwanis Towers have balconies to enjoy the North Shore views. The kitchens are equipped with refrigerators and stoves. Every bathroom has a bath tub with a shower head if you prefer. If your ample closet area is not enough, there is a locker to store those seasonal items for future use.
- All Kiwanis Senior Citizens suites are self contained with a full bathroom.
- All kitchens have full -sized refigerators and ranges.
- Rents include heat, basic cablevision, and electricity (except electricity in Kiwanis Carneby Place).
- Coin-operated washers and dryers are located in each building.
- Tenant parking spaces may be available for a monthly fee.

Kiwanis Towers is home to over 120 tenants in 99 suites. The tenants have a new vibrant social club to organize and host events: cards, exercise sessions, dances, bus trips, bingo, happy hours, speakers, line dancing, etc.
Evening meal is available.
The building houses a hair salon, library, exercise area, and a garden roof deck for walking or admiring the exquisite views of the mountains and Vancouver.

We senior citizens today are so lucky to have places such as this, and I certainly do appreciate it, to feel safe, warm, and reasonable rents close to shopping and transportation.
